Our Guarantee:

Not satisfied with the product you purchased from us? Simply return any product in an unused condition along with its original packaging with tags attached for a refund or replacement within 14 days. Refunded amount is less our original cost of shipping unless the product is defective. Please call or email enquiries@tack-world.co.uk to receive a Return Authorisation Number and appropriate return address before returning any items.

 Please note that due to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 we cannot accept wet or dirty rugs for return.

 Note: When receiving a refund, only the credit card that was used for the purchase can be credited.
