Prices & Availability
All products and services are subject to availability. The products may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.
Value Added Tax is included in prices listed on the Tack World website where applicable.
Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.
Deliveries
We aim to despatch purchases within 48 hours of the order being placed. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly.
Address
You can either have your goods delivered to your home address or you have the option to enter an alternative delivery address, so that you can have the parcel sent to work or a friend so that you know someone will be there to sign for delivery.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Returned Goods
A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the return form that was sent with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Charges
STANDARD DELIVERY £6.00 orders over £ 100.00 Free of Charge
Despatch will be by post or our contracted carriers and should take 24 Hrs
SATURDAY £20.00
For guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, exluding Northern Scotland (subject to status).
Please note that our carriers require a signature on delivery and they do not make timed deliveries.
Time
We aim to despatch goods from our warehouse within 48 hours meaning that delivery should take 2-3 working days. Occasionally at bust times this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time.
Method
We are pleased to work in partnership with DHL and the Royal Mail, so wherever possible your goods will be sent this way. Please note that a signature will be required. Should you be out at the time of delivery a card should be left for you to advise that an attempted delivery was made and for you to contact the appropriate depot to arrange for a suitable delivery day.
Payment
By CREDIT or DEBIT CARD - we accept all major debit and credit cards. Your card will not be debited until your goods are despatched
By CHEQUE – Please allow 10 working days for you payment to clear. Cheques should be made payable to Tack-World Limited.
We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in pounds Sterling.
